Live in either home and rent the other, or holiday let both for a lucrative income opportunity. Both are appealing with unique luxury features and unbeatable views in one of the best coastal locations in the UK.

Here one can forget the stresses of every day life as nothing intrudes on the beauty and tranquillity of this idyllic location, except the welcome sounds of the sea and native coastal birds.

Freshwater East village is situated next to a sheltered bay to the south of Lamphey in the south west of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park 9 miles from the historic seaside walled town of Tenby. It remains a quiet area popular with walkers and naturists who enjoy the coast path along the headlands which in either direction is a delight. Walk east to remote Swanlake Bay and further to Manorbier to see the striking red sandstone cliffs, west to Stackpole Quay and on to Barafundle Beach. The bay is broad and wide with a dune backed sandy beach with sheltered rocky sections on the east side. The area is abundant in marine and birdlife, with the dunes behind the beach designated as a local nature reserve called 'The Burrows'.
There is a local pub with the nearest shop, bakery and petrol station a mile away in the village of Lamphey. Mount Severn has easy access via the main A477 trunk road to the M4 motorway system with a comfortable commute to Cardiff approximately 90 miles away, London and central England.
